IN QUEBEC, THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES EXCEPT IN CASES OF INTENTIONAL OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sublimest AI, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.

12. Consumer Protection (Quebec)

If you are a consumer in Quebec, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Termination
